Early Learning Ventures Provider Staff App enables childcare provider teams using Alliance CORE to make the most of each minute of the day, balancing a focus on care and on the routine tasks necessary in both Homes and Centers. From Check-In, to Check-Out, and everything in between, the app keeps the team informed and productive. Features include recording meals, photo sharing, messaging with parents and your internal team, daily updates, reporting, quick access to key child information, and a whole lot more.

Version History In this release of the Provider & Staff app we've improved the "Child Info" screen to show:
- Pictures of all individuals authorized for pickup. Encourage your Parents & Guardians to add their photo in their Parent & Pickup app!

You can now start and stop naps for different children at different times, start naps and then come back later to finish them, and naps started on one staff member's phone can be completed on another staff member's phone. 2.0.11 07/19/2025 - Provider Managers (and Teacher Staff with this new feature enabled in their CORE profile) can now send emails and/or text messages to Parents & Guardians via the Provider & Staff mobile app. You can choose to send out a mass communication to all parents, only parents of children in a specific room, or a selected set of rooms.
